Masada 1 Corporation operates Life Recovery Treatment Center, a provider of recovery and rehabilitation services. The team supports clients with structured programs, safe routines, and consistent daily care.

The Challenge
Healthcare documentation was almost nonexistent, but they had a plethora of knowledge and massive prior experience that just needed to be put on paper. The drafted Policies did not match current practice across programs.
From there, the licensing application forms needed careful completion and a final check. Leadership also needed simple, reliable guidance on financial structure, budgets, and cash flow.
Our Approach
We did a short discovery with management, clinical leads, HR, and the state licensor. It then made sense to run a gap analysis of existing materials against current licensing and workplace requirements.
We quickly got to work and mapped each required control to daily workflows, unified templates and naming, and set clear ownership for documents. In parallel, we reviewed revenue and cost drivers and built a practical financial model that the team can maintain and be proud of.
The Solution
P&P Manual (Treatment Center): admissions and eligibility, care planning, session documentation, medication and incident workflows, infection control, privacy/records, supervision, QA/PI cycle, training matrix, and a change log.
Employee Handbook: code of conduct, anti-harassment and safety, schedules and overtime, leave, confidentiality, discipline and grievance flow, performance reviews, and onboarding checklists.
Application Form Assistance + Final Audit: assembled licensing package, filled agency forms with correct references to treatment center policies and procedures, created a submission tracker, and completed a final compliance audit against the regulator’s checklist.
Financial Strategy & Guidance: 12-month operating budget with assumptions, simple chart of accounts, cost centers by program, cash-flow view, and monthly reporting templates for actuals vs. plan.
The Results
We are extremely proud of the work we have done and the relationship we have built with the team at Masada 1. The center now has one clear source of truth for policy and HR rules.
Onboarding is faster because procedures, logs, and checklists match how staff work. Licensing paperwork is organized and ready, with fewer edit loops. Finance has a simple structure to track costs, forecast cash, and make decisions on hiring and capacity.
